Need a footy pub? There's an app for that
Football fans can locate pubs showing games via their mobile phones thanks to a new application.

The application is from Samsung and Useyourlocal.com, which lets pubs publicise services such as parcel delivery from their venues.
The application will be embedded in hundreds of thousands of Samsing mobiles in the UK from the end of January, with Android and iPhone "apps" due later this year.
Useyourlocal.com is letting pubs promote the sports they show for free until 31 January. To do so, licensees must:
1. Visit www.useyourlocal.com
2. Click on "find local pub"
3. Advertise the channels shown by ticking the relevant boxes for Freeview, Sky and ESPN on their homepage
Useyourlocal.com founder Stuart Mills said: “It only takes a few seconds to automatically update the Samsung website and phone apps free of charge –and bring more customers to watch football in your pub."
