The PubChef event will take place on Thursday 11 March at Plaisterers Hall, One London Wall, London and will see awards presented to top Pub Chefs and Pub Company’s across the trade.
Awards will be presented to the top chef in the following categories — Meat, Poultry, Chicken and Game along with new categories for Pie, Roast, Fish and Chips and Curry.
In addition, the overall Pub Chef of the Year will be crowned and have the kudos of having his or her menu served to the guests on the evening.
