Upskill Bar Staff Challenge - Voodoo Café
As part of its Spirits Revolution Initiative, leading spirits supplier Diageo teamed up with PMA to offer three licensees and their teams the chance to receive a free bespoke spirits training session at their venue.
The third and final training session took place in January at Voodoo Café in Darlington where the team received specialist spirits training led by Diageo Bar Academy trainer Paul Young.

Diageo is continuing to push the category initiative with the launch of a new Spirits Revolution website – www.spirits-revolution.com - which aims to educate publicans and licensees on the huge growth opportunity present within the £5.4bn Spirits category. The website offers advice, hints and tips to licensees and bar staff on ways in which they can make simple changes that will deliver extra sales and increase profits.
