Chris is a true pub expert, having opened The Goose at Britwell Salome, which quickly became one of Britain’s most highly-rated pub-restaurants. He also spent 11 years as the personal chef to HRH The Prince of Wales, has lectured at Leith’s School of Food and Wine and is a co-founder of Duchy Originals.
Chris will help the lucky pub bring in the bookings with their roast dinner. You may want him to:
