Designed and programmed by Glasgow-based new media agency Chunk Ideas, the sites are intended to build further brand awareness and loyalty as well as bringing "a cohesive message across all communications platforms", according to ScotCo. The Foster's website at www.fosters.co.uk has been redesigned to serve as a portal to the many Foster's on-line initiatives. Users can click through to fhm.com to view the latest adventures of the Foster's Pit Girls or find out the latest news on the run-up to the new Formula One season at the Foster's sponsored itv-f1.com The site also carries news about Foster's latest plans for Australia Day 2003 celebrations, the "G' Day for a Barbie" activity programme and an experience of the twists and turns of a Grand Prix circuit. Visitors to the John Smith's site can sign up to receive the latest news, view the Peter Kay commercials, link to the Talksport website or place a bet on the Sky website. ScotCo media director Peter Mooney said: "The websites have been de-signed to build on our relationships with drinkers.
