Business is booming at London's Nylon bar thanks to nightly television exposure on ITV's The Club. With one week of the two-month series to go, owner Style In The City is already celebrating an average 30% increase in business over the period. Partner Gary Hibberd says the programme has been an outstanding success for the company which has been forced to turn people away most nights. "Nylon has a 900 capacity but we have been forced to put up the house full' signs on many occasions," revealed Hibberd. "We are getting people starting to queue from early evening and sometimes we have estimated there has been up to 500 people waiting to get in. Hopefully we will have attracted some new regular customers when The Club finishes its run," he said. Celebrities Richard Black-wood, Dean Gaffney and Saman-tha Fox play the role of licensees at the club, each challenged to make their own bar the best. They are aided by assistants chosen from the audience who vote at the end of each week which assistant goes and which stays.
