Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) has stepped up its presence in the on-trade with the introduction of Mixsch, a new spirit friendly range of mixers. Having revamped the existing Schweppes range with premium bottles and new pack sizes, CCE is now looking to establish Mixsch as the default soft drink choice for spirit based long drinks.
Available in three flavours: Cranberry Spice; Capsicum Lemon and Calamansi Orange, Mixsch will be strongly marketed in-outlet as a companion to vodka with point-of-sale material using the strapline "Vodka's new best friend".
Rob Sutton, CCE's channel marketing controller, said: "Schweppes has indisputable quality and heritage in mixer innovation and this initiative shows how committed we are to maintaining that.
