Britvic is launching a new flavour and packaging for its Britvic 55 fruit-juice range as part of a £1.5m spend in the on-trade. Raspberry & Cranberry flavour is launched on 5 August, joining the current Orange and Apple flavours. New packaging aims to give the brand an attractive look and eliminate confusion between flavours, making it more appealing to a wider range of adult drinkers. The brand, named after its 55% juice content, is available in 275ml non-returnable bottles and contains no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. The launch of the new flavour and design will be supported by an outdoor advertising, sampling and public relations campaign. The company will also provide an education kit promoting the "perfect serve", plus a free case of Raspberry & Cranberry with every purchase of either the Orange or Apple flavour. Katie Rawll, Britvic's adult drinks controller, said: "Raspberry & Cranberry will introduce new drinkers to the brand and attract new outlets to stock.
