A London bar that currently combines a Russian theme with Thai cuisine, and another where art features strongly, are on the market with Fleurets. Bar Mosko in Holborn is described as offering "an unusual blend of a Russian theme bar, fused with Thai cuisine and a mixture of funky music and televised sports". The Illusion cocktail bar, off Pudding Lane, features works of art based around the themes of "the bizarre", "the unusual" and "the impossible". Bar Mosko is a free-of-tie property that has a provisional late licence and enjoys five-day trade. It also has three double bedrooms suitable for manager's accommodation. The Aston Pub Company has put the leasehold on the market at £180,000. Andy Frisby, of Fleurets' London office said Bar Mosko was in a prime location in London's West End and offered a great opportunity to build on a thriving business. The Illusion cocktail bar was created at the end of last year when the premises underwent refurbishment. Vendor Mike Eckeberg created a theme throughout the premises with the walls decorated with art. The collection of pictures forms a talking point at the venue, says Fleurets, which is seeking offers in the region of £140,000. The lease is free of tie and expires on December 2016.
