S&N UK is set to launch the Strongbow Cider House, as part of its ongoing investment in the UK's leading cider brand. An evolution of last year's successful Strongbow Rooms, the Strongbow Cider House will visit music festivals throughout the UK during 2006.
S&N UK hopes the cider house will help it continue to lead the growth of the cider category by encouraging existing cider drinkers to choose cider more often, as well as attracting new and lapsed cider drinkers.
Rob Calder, cider brand manager for S&N UK, commented: "This summer marks the start of the Strongbow Cider House, which consolidates the overwhelming success of last year's popular Strongbow Rooms.
"The Strongbow Cider House will be appearing at festivals around the country between May and August, including the Isle of Wight Festival, V and Creamfields, serving Strongbow and featuring popular music acts and DJs.
"This year, S&N UK has allocated a £27m marketing spend for its cider brands. As well as the Strongbow Cider House, this significant investment also includes new Strongbow TV adverts and a new dedicated Strongbow website, which is coming soon."
