Building on its success in this year's Publican Awards, Geronimo Inns has continued its expansion with the reopening of the Bullfinch in Sevenoaks, Kent.
As with all Geronimo pubs, there is a strong focus on food, with an emphasis at the Bullfinch on grill-based dishes. These include ham hock terrine and English saddle back sausages, while the Scotch rib eye steak is also available barbecued.
The Bullfinch, formerly owned by the Spirit group, has been extensively renovated, and now features an open plan kitchen with rotisserie, as well as a decked terrace. The dedicated dining area overlooks the quarter-acre garden, which includes a gourmet barbeque, and seating for up to 50 customers.
Geronimo Inns head chef Mark Blatchford and his team have created an individual menu for the pub, using only use fresh ingredients in the kitchen. The Bullfinch will use many local suppliers
Geronimo, named Pub Company Of The Year in the managed 10 - 99 pubs category at the 2007 Publican Awards, now operates 17 outlets across London and the Home Counties.
