A website which combines a payroll system and specialist HR support, tailored to the pub sector, has gone live.
From one simple online service Pub-HR.co.uk aims to offer licensees all the information they need on employment law, HR policies, employment contracts, health and safety and training, and enable them to produce their own pay slips and file tax returns.
This has been made possible by a deal between Pub-HR and online payroll service The Payroll Site.
"We can now offer the complete service our customers want," says Andrew Johnson, managing director of Pub-HR.
"New or existing licensees can download employment law updates, HR policies, model employment contracts, job descriptions, training information plus HR guides, forms and letters on every aspect of people management.
"Many of our subscribers wanted a payroll service and they can now complete their payroll online, calculate their taxes and National Insurance contributions and print off pay slips for under £20 per month."
Charles Wells Pub Company already offers the service to its tenants.
"It means licensees don't have to wade through myriad of employment laws to identify what's relevant to them," says Charles Wells managing director Anthony Wallis. "Pub-HR does that for them, providing employment law updates that relate only to the pub sector."
