White Chocolate & Strawberry Tiramisu
- 20x Trifle Sponges
- 100ml Strawberry Liqueur (Cointreau® also works very well)
- 20 Large English Strawberries
- 400grms Callebaut White Chocolate Mousse Mix
- ½ litre Milk
- 400grms Double Cream
- 400grms Full Fat Cream Cheese
- 1 Vanilla Pod
- White Chocolate for Shaving
Cut sponge to fit dessert ring, soak liberally with strawberry liqueur.
Slice strawberries into thick slices and place round inside of ring, make white chocolate mousse by whisking chocolate mousse mix together with milk until thickened, pipe into moulds and then top with the strawberries.
Cover top with sponge and soak liberally with strawberry liqueur place in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
To make topping lightly whip cream, add to cream cheese with the seeds from the vanilla pod. Spread mixture on top of the tiramisu and remove ring.
Garnish with white chocolate shavings, a dusting of icing sugar and strawberry crisps - cut some strawberries thinly, place on baking parchment and leave in oven overnight on lowest setting)
