Punch Taverns is attempting to help licensees drive trade at its 8,400 pubs by revamping the website it provides for them.

The site has had a name change from The Retailer Room to Your Place and has had a range of features enhanced.

Punch's operations director Kevin Georgel said: "The layout is much more user-friendly and there are a range of new resources such as virtual versions of all of Punch's 'How To Guides', which provides lots of information, ideas and tips to help licensees promote their businesses and maximise their profitability.

"The site will also be regularly updated with the latest news and information, including training courses and the latest promotional offers."

He said there is now more content in easier to find sections, quick links to the newest information, a range of downloadable resources and the latest Brulines information.

Other new sections include 'Your Finance' which contains details on cash flow management.

Licensees can also access Punch's Design and Print service online and design their own banners, posters and tent cards using templates.

Automated registration has also been introduced which means licensees can gain access to the site in seconds.
