Czech lager Pilsner Urquell will be hosting its own 19th hole venue at two London locations as part of its sponsorship of The Open Championship.

Pilsner Urquell is the official beer of the the golf tournament, taking place from 16-19 July at Turnberry.

The first event will be based on Parson's Green on 30-31 May and run in conjunction with Young's, which owns the Duke on the Green nearby. The famous White Horse will also be taking part in the activity.

The second 19th Hole will be held in Broadgate Arena, from 3-5 June, working alongside Corney & Barrow.

In addition to the 19th Hole events, bespoke point of sale kits including a putting green, bar runners, beer mats, pub quizzes and sampling opportunities will be available for a number of outlets across the Capital.

Consumers who visit the 19th Hole events will be invited to take part in a range of activities with the chance of winning a VIP trip for two to experience The Open.

Pilsner Urquell will also work with TalkSPORT to promote the events.

Richard Walker, brand manager for Pilsner Urquell said: "The Open has defined the way modern golf is played today and it has remained unchanged ever since, in just the same way Pilsner Urquell is brewed using the same high quality ingredients, following its original brewing process."
