Ketel One vodka is set to establish links with the iconic Bloody Mary cocktail as part of ongoing plans to introduce new customers to the brand.
Reserve Brands Group, the luxury division of Diageo GB, is to launch Ketel One vodka branded Bloody Mary trays for the on-trade, which will enable consumers to mix their own version of the tomato and vodka-based cocktail at their tables. The trays will include celery salt and pepper pots, as well as Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces and recipe suggestions.
"The Bloody Mary is a true classic - which continues to grow in popularity," said customer marketing manager Victoria Stone. "More and more, consumers expect to see it on the menu in their favourite bar, especially during weekends when enjoying brunches with friends. We hope that the Ketel One trays will encourage consumers to have fun creating their own perfect serve of Bloody Mary."
