The search is on for The Good Food Guide Readers' Restaurant of the Year 2010.

Judges are looking for independent businesses including pubs and cafes that offer local dishes and outstanding customer service,

Ronnies restaurant in Thornbury, Bristol has reported a 35% increase in business since winning the title last year.

"Winning The Good Food Guide Readers' Restaurant of the Year award changed everything for us," said owner Ronnie Faulkner.

"Not only did it give us a pat on the back for all the hard work we had put in, it also brought customers from far and wide to see us.

Venues can be nominated at www.which.co.uk​. The closing date is 21 April.

Nominees need to achieve Good Food Guide standards. Ten regional winners will be announced in May, with the final taking place at the Which? Awards on 19 May.
