Yates's will launch its spring menu across its 65-strong estate tomorrow (23 March).
The new menu will include a variety of salads including chicken with mango, red onion and yellow pepper salsa and a smoked salmon and prawn salad.
It also features a grilled salmon fillet and four different flatbreads.
"Over the last 18 months we have worked hard at developing our menu at Yates's, constantly listening to our customers," said Claire Murray of Yates's.
"We regularly update and refresh our offering in line with the seasons to keep our loyal customers interested and attract new ones. We know the dishes our customer love so we always ensure we include them in the great food deals that we offer."
The high street chain recently won the Great British Pub Food Awards Branded Food Operator of the Year.
