EBLEX is asking pub chefs to create a celebratory St George's Day dish in its Taste of England Challenge.
Pub caterers entering have the chance to win a beef or lamb selection box and the chance to have their dish professionally photographed.
To enter, pub chefs need to create their own dish featuring specific beef or lamb cuts. These are beef daubes, beef brisket mini joints, breast of lamb square cut and shoulder noisettes of lamb.
