Tuborg tuk-tuks will be travelling the country this summer as part of a £2m campaign for the Carlsberg-owned brand.

The Urban Blitz campaign will take place in nine major UK towns and cities between 26 April and 23 May. It has been timed to make the most of the build-up to this year's music festival season.

Outdoor posters, phone box and bus adverts, as well as the branded tuk-tuks, will be tailored to each city.

The campaign has been designed to encourage drinkers to visit selected Tuborg stockists, which will offer money-off vouchers and competitions to win tickets to festivals this summer.

"For one month only, each town and city will become Tuborg central, as advertising sites become a call to action for music fans to go out to pubs and bars and enjoy a great, fun night out with Tuborg," said director of customer marketing David Scott.

The nine locations include Leeds, Bristol, Reading, Newcastle and Northampton.
