The Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) has relaunched Cellarmanship — a book to help licensees run a good pub cellar.

The illustrated book by CAMRA's Patrick O'Neill, now on its fifth edition, gives advice on how to manage a pub cellar, plan a beer festival and serve real ale at a celebration.

It also includes diagrams, a list of cellar equipment suppliers and a "quick practical fault finder".

"The new edition of Cellarmanship takes into consideration modern innovations in the beer and pub industry, and we've kept abreast of these new developments," said O'Neill.

"But the art of looking after beer is timeless, and I hope this new edition proves a useful guide."
