Award-winning Enterprise licensees Steve Haslam and Jo Drain opened their first freehold pub yesterday.

Haslam — who runs three of Enterprise Inns' best sites — has re-opened the Swan in Great Henny, Suffolk, after a £200,000-plus refurb.

The ex-Punch pub, which was shut for several months, has been on the market with Everard Cole with an asking price of £425,000. The couple have created superb views over the River Stour.

Haslam and his partner Drain's company is called TLC Inns.

They also run the White Horse in Ramsden Heath, Essex, the Cutter, in Ely, Cambridgeshire, and the Windmill Tavern, in Orton Waterville, Peterborough.
