Eclectic Clubs & Bars has splashed out £1.8m on opening three venues in Manchester, Norwich and Oxford.
The operator, backed by private equity firm Avanti Capital, has transformed its Po Na Na venues in Norwich and Oxford to its Polynesian themed Lola Lo brand.
The 300-capacity Norwich site is due to open on 12 November with the 195-capacity Oxford venue set to open in early December.
The 660-capacity Japanese inspired bar and sushi venue Sakura will open at the Deansgate Locks in Manchester on 1 October, following success with the brand in Lincoln and Reading.
The Sakura units, which opened in Lincoln in October 2007 and in Reading in May 2008, both exceeded targets with returns of 56% and 54% in their first two years of trading.
Eclectic has ambitions to grow the brand to between 12 and 15 sites across the UK.
"As one of the only operators consistently succeeding in the current trading environment, we are delighted to be able to open these three new venues in quick succession," said Reuben Harley, managing director of Eclectic Clubs & Bars.
The company announced in June that it had delivered EBITDA growth of 57% for the 11 moths to the end of May on last year.
