Four chefs across three pubs have put heads together to create a pop up dining event to raise interest in fresh local produce as part of the Aldeburgh Food and Drink festival.
The event, coined the '3 Michelin Star Evening' will be held at the British Larder, in Bromsewell near Woodbridge on Monday 27th September and will bring together owners Madalene Bonvini-Hamel and Ross Pike with Brett Graham of Notting Hill's 2-Michelin-starred The Ledbury and Steve Williams of the Harwood Arms in Fulham, which has recently become the first London pub to be awarded a Michelin star.
The evening will kick off with a welcome drink at 7pm, followed by a four-course seasonal Suffolk menu created by Brett and Steve.
After the meal there will also be a chance for diners to have an informal chat with the chefs.
Bookings for the 3 Michelin Star Evening can be made by calling the British Larder Suffolk on 01394 460310.
The 4 course menu costs £55 per person including a welcome drink.
