There is one week left to enter the Pub Chef of the Year competition in the Great British Pub Food Awards 2011.
Competition categories include best meat, seafood, game, roast, curry, fish and chips and dessert dishes.
Finalists will be selected following a paper judging and three chefs will compete in cook-off finals for each category at Unilever's Knorr kitchens in Leatherhead, Surrey in late January and February 2011.
The closing date for entries to the chefs' competition is 11 November.
Entries are also now being sought for the award's food pub categories, which recognise pub offers including steak, Indian food, Italian food and all-day dining.
The closing date for entry to these categories is 25 November.
The winners will be announced on 10 March 2011 at an awards night at Plaisterers Hall in London.
