The MA 200 Awards for the best, independent multiple retailers were handed out at Plaisterer's Hall in London on 3 November.
Steve Haslam, founder of TLC Inns, was crowned Best Individual after receiving high praise from his staff but also because of the way he has grown his business from one site to four with great success.
Backpacker and bar concept Beds and Bars was a double award winner — claiming the awards for the Best Training Scheme and Most Impressive Growth after exporting its brand into Europe and increasing UK sales 10.48%.
