Enterprise Inns is hoping to raise around £3.6m by selling the freeholds of four pubs at an Acuitus auction in London on 9 December.
The pubs are offered on a 35-year sale and leaseback deal. The total rent roll across the four pubs is £260,000.
The four Enterprise pubs are:
• The Beehive, Montpellier Villas, Cheltenham. Rental income: £65,000pa. Guide price: £875,000-£925,000
• The Recreation Ground, Camberwell Church Street, London SE5. Rental income: £65,000pa. Guide price: £850,000-£900,000
• The Prince Albert, Royal Hill, London SE10. Rental income: £60,000pa. Guide price: £750,000-£800,000
• The Horse & Groom, Haydon's Road, London SW19. Rental income: £70,000pa. Guide price: £900,000-£950,000.
Enterprise is also hoping to raise around £11m by undertaking a sale and leaseback on another 11 pubs, including one with a Michelin star, at an Allsops commercial auction on 7 December.
The auction will include the freehold of the Michelin-starred Harwood Arms in Fulham. The company also plans to sell and leaseback a pub in Worcestershire, the Hare & Hounds in Broadway.
These 11 pubs have a total rent roll of £785,000.
