Heineken UK has confirmed the departure of three leading executives of its Scottish & Newcastle Pub Company (S&NPC), including Willie Crawshay, who has been the operator's managing director since January 2008.

As well as Crawshay, Kim Francis, S&NPC's operations director and Calum McIntyre, its finance director, are also leaving the business on April 15.

The three have a combined 62 years with various S&N businesses, while Crawshay has been a member of the group's UK senior management team since 2003.

The departures were mooted last October when Heineken announced it planned to integrate the S&NPC structure into its existing on-trade operation as a 'stand alone' trade channel.

At the time Heineken said S&NPC's then-five geographic regions would be reformed to align with the brewer's three on-trade areas.

Speaking of the departure of the trio, Heineken UK's managing director Stefan Orlowski said: "On behalf of Heineken UK, I would like to thank Willie, Kim and Calum for their expertise and leadership over their respective careers with us, and in particular the work they put into planning and implementing the recent reorganisation of S&NPC.

"They are widely respected, and I am confident that all three will continue to make a positive impact in any new roles."
