CAMRA is today calling out to brewers exhibiting at the Great British Beer Festival (GBBF) to join them for a national photo call to the UK media.
On the eve of Britain's biggest beer festival, CAMRA is hoping to get together the many 'fun' faces of British brewing for a photoshoot on the GBBF opening day.
Fuller's and Marston's have already pledged their commitment to the cause with their own brewery mascots.
Tony Jerome, CAMRA head of marketing, said: "In CAMRA's 40th year we are all about raising a toast to the brewing industry's most celebrated figureheads, and what better way than to get them all together to share a pint on the opening day of Britain's biggest beer festival?
"We are appealing to all brewers who will be supplying beer to the Festival to get in touch and bring along their mascots. We are sure this will give photographers something fun and visual to shoot that will help raise the profile of the different brands of real ale present at the Great British Beer Festival."
