Renaissance Pubs, the London-based gastro pub group founded by Nick Fox, Tom Peake and Mark Reynolds, will open its sixth site this September in West Dulwich.

The award-winning company has refurbished the Rosendale pub along the same lines as its other five food-led sites, with an opening planned for September.

The Rosendale will feature a bar, dining room and two function rooms, plus a garden to the rear and the side.

The opening of the Rosendale will see the company, which opened its first venue in 2002, branching out from its Clapham heartland.

The company currently operates five food-led pubs in south-west London, including the Stonhouse, the Bolingbroke, the Abbeville, and the Tommyfield.

Although a further addition to the estate before the end of the year has not been ruled out.

It opened its latest site, the Avalon, in November 2008.

In December 2008, it sold the leasehold interest of its Cinnamon Cay restaurant in Battersea.
