The fear for pubcos is the findings could recommend a statutory code of conduct. However, no details are available on the content of the report.
It will also analyse how pub companies have responded to criticisms about their treatment of tenants.
During the recent inquiry, pubcos and the BII (British Institute of Innkeeping) came under criticism from MPs on the committee.
Pubcos were attacked for failing to provide information for a national database on rents and other costs for tenants. The committee was also critical that the BII had failed to implement one of the previous committee recommendations — to publish online the level of discounts against rents available on pubco agreements.
The Government is expected to respond within three months of its release.
The full text will also be available on the Committee’s website on the day of publication which can be found at www.parliament.uk/bis.
