Freehold pub company and private sites up for auction

Twenty-one freehold pubco and private sites are set to go under the hammer at a Sidney Phillips auction next month, with sale guide prices ranging from £80,000 to £295,000.

The pubs are from Enterprise Inns, Punch Taverns and SA Brain. There are also a number of private sales. Several of the pubs are currently closed.

The pub auction will be held at the Celtic Manor Resort, the Lodge in Newport, south Wales, on Tuesday 10 July at 2.30pm.

■ White Hart in Bedwas, Caerphilly, £175,000
■ Cilfynydd Inn in Pontypridd, Rhondda, £95,000
■ The Maesycwmmer Inn in Hengoed, Mid Glamor-gan, £125,000
■ New Inn in Mardy, Abergavenny, Gwent, £150,000
■ New Inn in Mountain Ash, Mid Glamorgan, £95,000
■ Dunraven in Bryncethin, Mid Glamorgan, £125,000
■ The Railway Tavern in Tonna, Neath, West Glamorgan, £125,000
■ Dylans in Cwmavon, Port Talbot, Neath, West Glamorgan, £110,000
