The global drinks company, which produces Stella Artois, Budweiser and Beck’s among others, said the website aims to allow on-trade outlets to better understand their customers – and by doing so, increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. It cited research from the British Beer and Pub Association, which showed that having knowledge on the right handling and serving of beer can increase sales by 3%.
