It opens on 20 November, with the first beers expected to be available from early next year.
Chris Houlton, managing director of Greene King Brewing & Brands, said: "This is an incredibly exciting time for the business; the new brewery is a perfect opportunity for us to experiment and to showcase our brewing expertise.
"We are listening to our customers and investing in innovation. It is also a real chance to put into practice some of the ideas we have had before but until now have not been able to turn into reality. It is the start of an exciting new chapter for our business.
"We have some exciting plans and brews ready for the opening of the new brewhouse, so watch this space."
A small packaging area, designed to produce all formats for both the on-trade and off-trade, will also form part of the new brewhouse.
