The festive roadshows, which provide an opportunity for licensees to speak to suppliers they do not normally deal with directly, gain specialist knowledge and place orders for new stock ahead of Christmas, took place over three weeks in October.
According to Carlsberg UK, over 50 on-trade drinks and service suppliers attended this year including: Diageo, Bacardi, Britvic, Monster, Kopparberg, Accolade, Concha Y Toro, CPL Training, Cask Marque and a number of partner regional brewers. A Let There Be Beer food matching stand also illustrated the flexibility of beer and its potential for matching with a pub or bar food menu to help drive trade.

The shows visited: Villa Park (Birmingham), Passenger Shed (Bristol), Concorde Conference Centre (Manchester), Twickenham Stadium (London) and Royal Armouries (Leeds).
