Kitchen staff are being trained through cook offs around the country where licensees will also get a chance to used the new online Spirit Direct food shop.
The menu launch inclues new dishes such as Ultimate Big Dog - a large hot dog with trimmings; a new 100% beef burger section; as well as fajitas. Traditional favourites like fish and chips and sausage and mash will remain on offer. Each licensee is trained in proper cooking and serving technique as well as given POS to help launch and promote the new dishes.
