Kay hosted a quiz and shared anecdotes from his rugby career at the event which was hosted in celebration of the pub being named the BT Sport Great British Pub of the Year at the awards last September.
The pub was fully booked for the event, which was attended by 100 people. Customers also had their photographs taken with the Aviva Premiership rugby trophy and Kay signed autographs.
The freehouse, which is owned by Tom Gee, was selected from 16 other category winners to win the top title.
The pub's prize from BT Sport also included £1,000 towards free drinks for customers at the event and a signed Premiership football shirt.
Licensee Tom Gee said: "It was an excellent night and we were really excited to have Ben host the event for our customers. It was a great prize."
