Discover new products at London’s Speciality & Fine Food Fair

The event showcases the very latest products in food and drink and includes demonstrations and talks from industry experts.
The fair will feature the ‘Small Producers Village,’ where a number of start-ups will be on show including Sensible Dave, Doisy & Dam, Love Kombucha, Greek Brothers, Rubies in the Rubble and Stripped Foods.
Around 600 exhibitors will feature over the three day event and each day the Fine Food Forum will see top chefs participating in live cookery demonstrations, helping visitors to keep up to date with the latest flavour trends and ingredients.
The Small Business Forum will offer the chance to gain an invaluable insight into the speciality food business.
Sessions include ‘how to be a Hitler on Twitter’ from journalist Sally Cox and an insight into how to make your product sell by Bruce Langlands from Harrods.
The experts will also be available to meet visitors in one-on-one meetings at the Business Mentoring Centre.
Located within the fair will be the Speciality Chocolate Fair and is the UK’s only dedicated trade event for fine and artisan chocolate.
The ‘show within a show’ concept has its own theatre and will feature Speciality Chocolate Live - where a number of top pastry chefs and chocolatiers will be demonstrating skills and flavour combinations.
The Speciality & Fine Food Fair will run over 7, 8, 9 September 2014.
