The latest addition from New Forest Ice Cream is manufactured using their own traditional method developed by the brand over the past 30 years.
The ice cream is made using fresh double cream, strawberries and blackberries and a blend of apple and blackcurrant.
The Fruits of the Forest flavour is made without eggs in a nut free environment and is also suitable for vegetarians.

“Our dedicated team has worked hard to create a great tasting, smooth product, ensuring that the fruity undertones are harmoniously infused with the creamy, smooth texture of the ice cream itself.”
The flavour comes available in 4ltr and 4.5ltr catering tubs and can be served as a stand-alone dessert or combined with other ingredients.
