The Lancashire-based brewer and pub operator expects to invest c£10m in its new brewery, where it hopes to start production in the next 18 months to two years. This year, the company opened its third partnership pub with a microbrewer, on a semi-tied deal that allows them to sell their own beers. The latest Tenant Track survey showed Thwaites was the second-best performing pubco with which to partner.
