The Swedish manufacturer’s new stainless steel WD-4S is aimed at providing a solution for small but demanding setups.
Simon Frost, country manager for the UK and Ireland at Wexiödisk, said: “The WD-4S features a completely new look and simplified operation combined with the same great attention to detail and robust design associated with decades of Swedish manufacturing expertise.”
The model features a touch sensitive, tempered glass display, heat recovery system and has a capacity of 50 baskets per hour, roughly equivalent to 1000 glasses or 900 plates.
Frost added: “The introduction of the WD-4S will open up the potential for smaller establishments to utilise some of the remarkable features and benefits of Wexiödisk appliances.
