The menu rolls out on Thursday 26 February and features a range of new breakfast dishes as well as classic pub dishes and several salads and healthy options.
Perry Huntley, head of food development at Stonegate, said: “We have introduced changes across all sections of our food menu and our emphasis has been on continuing to improve quality and choice for our customers.
“The consumer movement towards dining out at breakfast continues to grow and customers are now recognising that our pubs with their free Wi-Fi, comfortable surroundings and great value and varied dishes make an excellent alternative to the coffee shop.”
Some of the breakfast dishes on offer include porridge with fruit, maple syrup or jam, a breakfast wrap with bacon, sausage fried egg and hash browns and Greek yoghurt topped with banana, apple and orange.
A chicken sharing platter has also been introduced alongside a spinach and mushroom quiche for vegetarian diners.
Under 500 calorie dishes featured on the new menus include chicken and bacon, salmon skewer and mushroom and mozzarella salads, stuffed Mexican pasta boats and a Spanish-style chicken and giant couscous dish.
