The Buck Inn in Sale, Manchester, is set to reopen following £212,000 investment in the pub. The re-opening will see the pub open earlier, from 10am daily, with customers choosing from a variety of breakfast options such as Eggs Benedict or porridge with a fruit compote. The Buck Inn will be increasing the number of cask ale handpumps at the bar to six so that it can offer its customers a greater cask ale range. It will serve a rotating selection of nationally sourced cask ales opening with Fullers’ London Pride, Daniel Thwaites’ Wainwright ale and Timothy Taylor’s Landlord. “Going forward, we want to source ales from breweries close to home, so will be introducing local beers such as Robinsons’ Unicorn and Dizzy Blonde and Moorhouse’s White Witch in the near future,” said licensee Diane Jennings (pictured).
