Watched over by staff from breakfast hotspot The Wolseley, finalists set to work making and serving a full brunch menu, which included eggs benedict, kedgeree and a full English breakfast as well as viennoiserie, toast, coffee, tea, fruit juice and water.
The winning team will be announced at The Nestlé Professional Toque d’Or 2015 Grand Final Awards Dinner at the Dorchester on 21 April.
