CPL Training shortlisted for BII Scotland Award

CPL Training Group has been announced as one of four finalists in the running for the Scottish Training Award at the 2015 BII Scotland Award.

Dennis Forsyth, owner of the ‘friendliest pub in Scotland’ the Cheers Café Bar and Tavern, put CPL forward for the gong having used CPL Online since 2012.

David Dasher, managing director at CPL Online said: “It’s always an honour to be nominated by our clients.

“We continuously strive to deliver a quality service and work closely with our clients to ensure that they get the maximum benefit. Great staff training is essential to all businesses and it’s a wonderful endorsement to see how our products can assist others.”

The training provider will up be against Scottish based businesses GTG Training, The George Hotel in Edinburgh and Tennents Training Academy, with the winner due to be announced on Sunday 17 May. BII Scotland Awards aims to celebrate and support the licensed trade in Scotland.

Speaking at the Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers spring conference earlier this month, Dasher emphasised how proper training can cut companies recruitment bills in half.

CPL provides face to face and online training to the licensed trade and hospitality sectors.
