The M&B brand’s new offer, which includes tea and a variety of cakes and snacks, will be available at the Wellington, Strand, the Horniman, London Bridge, Doggett’s Coat and Badge, South Bank, the Old Thameside Inn, London Bridge, Harkers, York and the Conan Doyle, Edinburgh.
Guests can choose between a traditional afternoon tea; which features finger sandwiches, scones with jam and clotted cream, dessert bites and a pot of tea or the Nicholson’s afternoon tea; which features three third pints of cask ale and scones.
The brand held a beer festival across its UK sites last week, with 14 different ales on showcase.
Customers were given the chance to sample ales from Nicholson’s recent Grain to Grass competition, when several UK brewers were asked to make ‘improvised’ ales from a selection of ingredients.
Customers who downloaded the Nicholson’s hop circle app were given their first pint for £1 throughout the festival and the chance to win promotional prizes such as a day helping brew Hadleys Gold Ale with Tony Hadley from Spandau Ballet.
