Four pubs have been awarded Michelin Bib Gourmands.

Tom Kerridge's Enterprise lease the Coach, Marlow, the Dunsforth, Yorkshire, the White Swan, Lancashire and the Chadwicks Inn, Middlesborough were given the award by the UK Michelin Guide in the run up to the full release of the guide and the announcement of Michelin star winners tomorrow (17 September).

The Bib Gourmand signifies eating establishments Michelin considers to offer high quality food and good value for money.

To qualify for one, a full meal (excluding drinks) at the venue in question must cost no more than £28.

Will more pubs be awarded the guide's coveted stars?
