The Belsize Park site is the couple’s take on a contemporary wine bar and restaurant, featuring small plates designed by the Truscott Arms’ head chef and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal alumni Aidan McGee.
The Fishwicks said with both their venues, they had wanted to create places they themselves would enjoy frequenting.
Dishes on offer at the Truscott Cellar include the Truscott beef chips, roast root vegetable with Jersey Royal fondue, slow braised beef cheek with smoked mash, pork belly, spinach and lentils and the ‘Pig Board’, which features pork crackers, pigs’ ears and pig’s head in polenta.
The site also features a 300-strong wine list, with 50 choices to drink by the glass.
The Truscott Arms placed tenth in this year’s Top 50 Gastropubs and was a regional finalist for Best Free House in the recent Great British Pub Awards.
