Following major investment in its production facilities, Marshfield Farm is set to target pubs and the foodservice sector with its range of organic ice creams.
The family farm has increased its milk production by adding 30 Friesian cows to its herd, bringing the total to 230 dairy cows.
As a result, ice cream production has doubled to 4,000 litres per hour, which is the equivalent of 60 bathtubs full.
“We’ve worked with Hard Rock Café for a number of years and enjoy a great relationship with them,” said owner Will Hawking.
The firm’s ice cream portfolio includes over 30 flavours that range from indulgent clotted cream, to salted caramel.
