It is easy to serve award-winning curry sauces from almost any pub kitchen, claimed the marketing director of curry sauce maker Holy Cow Anu Sharma.
The sauces, which come in 1kg pouches, were first made at Sharma’s home in 2008 and have maintained their homemade feel, she added.
Holy Cow sauces are gluten-free, nut-free and are also suitable for vegetarians. They have a long shelf-life and are easy to cook.
“It works well slow-cooked as well as heated quickly on the hob or in the microwave,” Shama added. “It can be used in a variety of ways with meat, fish or vegetables.”
The range consists of British favourites, including Tikka Masala.
